I met Tarana while pregnant with my 3rd baby, her services and classes helped me navigate the healthcare system that I do not trust for my TOLAC/CBAC and eventually for my VHBA2C with my 4th. I would not have had the positive experiences I had without her support. Her wealth of knowledge and ability to present you with perspectives of pros and cons to different procedures is amazing. She helped me advocate for myself and feel good about my last 2 birth experiences.

We used Foundations Birth Services for our birth class and it was so engaging, non judgmental, empowering and all out a wonderful experience. We learned so much and had a great time.I highly recommend classes with Mandy Reneaud. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable.All around, it was a lovely experience!

If you want to have an amazing support system during your entire pregnancy this is the place to go! I cannot say enough great things about Tarana whom we had as our doula during both of my pregnancies. It was one of the best things we ever did! She was available, supportive, informative, resourceful and simply put the best!
