Booking was super easy, response time was excellent. Oleg came on two visits to first diagnose and then repair our dishwasher and was super quick, efficient, and friendly. The owner of Man with a Wrench" Alex was excellent and phoned me personally to discuss my issue with my washing machine. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed my washing machine remotely and advised me as to the best steps moving forward. He advised me that I do not need a technician to come in person to attend to the repair

Big shout out to Oleg and his partner who helped me to install stackable washer/dryer in my unit. While installing they run into a problem with a water valve. It turned out that the water needed to be shut off completely for the whole building to complete the installation. “Man with a Wrench” team was very patient and helpful in trying to find a solution.We finally got the water shut off, appliance was installed quickly, clean and neat. I would recommend “Man with a wrench” to my friends and family for their professional, fair, and friendly service.

This service was recommended by Miele to provide warranty support for our dishwasher. They came out and replaced the control board on our dishwasher that had a faulty button that would only turn on some of the time. The board they installed was not programmed" and they told us that they needed to call Toronto to fix it and they were closed. They said they would come back and fix it the next day. 4 Days later no one had contacted us
