East York Medical Health Centre

Worst medical center. Receptionist always busy in personal talking & enjoying tim horton. I personally called 5 times & multiple time my wife drop message to call back for appointment but no reply. I recommend that don’t come here for making family doctor.Problem is the staff basically. Rude, slow & good for nothing.Doctors showed up late. They want their patients should wait. Appointment of 3pm. But they check you around 5pm.Also everywhere masks are given free. But they charge 1$ for giving mask.

Went in because the website said it was a walk in clinic. I called to confirm twice and no once answered. When I got there I was informed they are NOT a walk in clinic even though the website says it is

This is the worst medical centre in East York and probably Toronto. The receptionist is the most rude person and so is the rest of the staff. They have no consideration for patient health. Dr. Hanlon is the most rude, non-compassionate doctor who does not know how to speak with patients. Has no consideration for the patient's condition and refuses to order critical tests on time. My mother has had critically low iron for years and this guy refused to give us a referral for an Iron IV which made her condition severe and had to go to ER instead. Some doctors are nice in the centre but the new administration has no etiquette to speak with patients.

Visited with appointment for Abdominal Ultrasound. Checked in at 11:50am for 12:00pm appointment. Got into the room at 12:05pm and was done by 12:25pm. Overall good and on-time experience. Waiting room is small (3 chairs) and place is clean. The good thing about this place is I got the appointment for the next day while all othet places were booked for a month.

Some doctors are good and some bad. Dr. Jamal has been my GP for over a decade. He is an excellent doctor and keeps up to date on all new developments in medicine. He also prescribes drugs only when necessary. Staff is ok but they don't pick up the phone and wait times are long without an appointment.

This clinic is NO LONGER a walk-in clinic. They have become a family practice.

The reception of clinic is worst- they don’t listen to you- they cut your conversation and say we are not talking to them politely.The only reason I am with this clinic is because of my family doctor.Receptionists needs to learn client courtesy.

The customer service are not Profatinal I getting more sick I don’t recommend any body there

This clinic is ethnic based clinic. They accept clients who speak FAfgani or Pakistani. They do not take new patients, and do not allow walk in patients. As you can see they are squeezed to particular group of people. This not only unacceptable practice, but also not fair.

I wish I could give me them 0 star, the receptionists are the worst, very rude. They way they taking to u like u went their begging them something. In the past 3 months I’m waiting for a referral l, no one called me. When I go visit my family doctor, he says ok I’ll refer u, and u will get a call in a week. It’s been 3 months. It’s not my first time it happens. I get sick and I get well by myself without them even bother themselves. I call to book an appointment the receptionist never bother themselves to call back. I don’t know why they don’t change them. For the past 6 years I see these rude and useless receptionist, who getting paid for nothing. I hope they start helping people.
