Wow August 16th 2022 I took one slice of pizza from the box and there were SEVERAL little black bugs crawling under my slice, not sure how to post video with my review but I have it. Thanks a lot I just worked 15 hours today and was depending on that, I am far too tired to cook!

Horrible Customer Service at this location.Since when do you make a customer pay an additional delivery fee when you failed to deliver the food?When you didn't ring the door bell or knock? Then proceed to argue with the customer... wow!Still haven't recieved food or refund. You have lost our business.

The bf and I were wanting to do a take out dinner for a date night. Not a ton of restaurant options in Williams Lake so we were going back and forth between Dominos and Pizza Hut. We ended up deciding to do the triple treat box. We selected pizzas we didn't normally get, chicken, cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls. You get a 2l of pop too, it's a great value! Half an hour delivery estimate.There was an issue with supplies and they called immediately to give us some options. They delivered within 20 mins and everything was great.We definitely won't be debating out date night meal next time! Thanks for a great experience and great service!

Pizza Hut, why is your pizza horrible? Your service itself is questionable. After waiting over an hour for a delivery, I was hoping to be a very tasty experience but from the time opened my box until my first bite of disappointment, it all went downhill in a very fast and tragic manner. We’ll start with the “cheese lovers” pizza. Advertised with extra cheese but there wasn’t. We also ordered extra pizza sauce to supplement the usual dryness of pizza. Seems that since we asked for extra, it came with less.I thought I was in for the bite of my life but the way it disconnected my soul was horrendous. I know you could care less about reviews; but this verbal assault must continue.I should bring the boxes back and just throw it all away in your trash. The sprite was good. The lack of response, poor customer service, and lack of quality represent your business, I expect the downgrade in stars to continue falling.

Ordered, waited an hour and a half. Got an update saying my food was delivered. Which it was not. Then they call and ask to confirm my address. And are mad that I said I didn't want the pizza after waiting an hour and a half.Don't recommend
