Refusing service to my son. Because I got mad they told me a Dr was there and then I arrived 20 mins later and no Dr was there. My poor son is sick and this is the closest walk in for him. About 70% of the time no Dr is here and when there is, it takes 2 hrs to see one. The nurse hung up on my husband on the phone too.

My visit was quick and everyone was friendly, the pharmacy next door had my prescription ready in just a few mins. This is one of the fastest and smoothest experiences I have ever had at any walk-in clinic.

The place is clean however I have been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes when I was told the wait would only be 45-1 hour.Still one person ahead of me.Not sure if ppl registered before me and left the urgent care building to kill some time, but they didn’t seem to bring ppl in order of when we registered. A lady was incredibly frustrated and left after waiting for over an hour.THEY SHOULD INSTALL A TICKETING SYSTEM SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT ORDER YOU ARE IN. They need to be more transparent.

I've great experience here. The recepcionist is an amazing person, who is also a nurse and excellent doing blood extractions. The doctor was nice when I was there because I was feeling bad lately (I discovered after I'd anemia). They did the blood test there and I've the results in a week. They are open on Saturday so that's convenient for me since I can't go during weekdays. I recommend this place.

The doctor did not use gloves to examine me which was of major concern since he went straight to typing on his computer without washing or sanitizing. Who knows what he might have transferred from me to next patients who came after me.This place was my only option that day. At the time I felt greatful they were open. The next day I saw a hospital doctor who did more to care for me and explained that the pills prescribed at this Parliament Urgent Care doctor were not enough on their own to fix me up. So this makes me think Dr. Mekhail missed something pretty basic. Not satisfied that I can trust him to accurately assess me in the future.I will say this Dr. Ashraf Mekhail has an easy going manner that did put me at ease, helps with nervousnes. and the front desk staff member was amazing!!! Thank you front desk!!!There was also visible bird feces on the entrance door handles, the patient washroom was labelled as out of service. The intake form had a floating extra yes/no" indicator that was confusing. This clinic could definitely use some improvements!"

Absolutely unprofessional staff, went in for mental health resources and the entire health care experience was uncomfortable, over complicated and seemingly cold/sterile. Left feeling even worse than before and will be seeking treatment elsewhere as I feel I was not taken seriously by the staff

$40 for a doctor's note is ridiculous. Charging the sick that have already had a loss of wages due to being sick. Shame on you. I will never attend this clinic.

I asked a doctor from this clinic for a requisition for a certain medical test. I arrived at LifeLabs to see that the doctor had not written his name or clinic info on the requisition. He had also wrote on the requisition that I *had* the test instead of making a *request* for the test to be made. LifeLabs was as flummoxed as I was to see the requisition.Repeated requests for the doctor to amend the requisition were ignored. Despite the doctor's incompetence, I have to note that the clinic receptionists were polite and professional.
