Had a great experience at this store. My refurbished phone with Koodo needed repair and unfortunately it was not covered under the warranty. Janelle went above and beyond with helping me get this issue addressed and figuring out what the best options for me were. I ended up getting a good deal on a iPhone 14 and tremendous support while dealing with the repair process (used a loaner phone for weeks while waiting for solution), customer service and the loyalty department.

I had been offered a good deal by another Co. However I wanted to see where I was with my contracts and if they could match the deal. I've been with Telus for years and love the service.They bettered the deal, yet for me what stood out the most was the way he listened did not make a fuss about us leaving Telus just super friendly and walked me through everything.

This is a story of not getting what I wanted at the shop... But 5 stars. I had to upgrade my phone. They did not have the one I wanted in stock. They took the time to check various other shops. Found one, called ahead to ensure it would be there. They also gave me a discount. After it was all said and done I got a new top end phone and it cost me 20 bucks less a month with a better plan. Your staff at the shop are courteous, professional, and a joy to chat with while they are searching for a phone for you. 6 stars if I could. I did lose the card they gave me so I could not center out the staff members. I apologize for not giving the credit where it's due. But a great shop. Miigwetch

Only giving one star so I can post the review. The customer service at this place was a joke. After days and hours of in store and on-phone service I went in to speak with someone in person, at this point almost in tears. Jackie P served me and her service was some of the worst I’ve ever had, and that’s after personally working in customer service and experience with sales. Do yourselves a favor and replace her, she’s losing Telus customers at this point.Jackie for future advice, check your facial expressions and when someone comes in with an issue don’t tell them it isn’t your problem you just do sales. If you care that much about commission you’ll never make any with that attitude. Disgusting.Drive to the Park Place location in Barrie’s south end, service was night and day.

Not at all helpful. No interest in the client, disgraceful presentation of a corporation. Shame.

I had a great experience with Jackie, at the Georgian mall Telus, when I needed to upgrade my phone. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! It really felt like she had our best interest at heart.

Horrible customer service they will not tell you all of the details and give you a horrible deal. I would recommend making the trip to the south end Telus or purchasing a phone online. The south end located in park place will actually be happy to help you. Would not recommend to anyone looking to get a good deal on a phone plan.

I have been with Telus for 20 years. I have been having troubles with a phone I bought off of Amazon over 2 years ago and was interested in a new phone with a better camera, as I am heading to Europe in May. I ended up getting a new phone and an additional 5 gb of data for 7 dollars a month less than I was paying. I was helped by Jeff firstly and then by Janelle who had the same phone I was interested in. They both were very helpful and professional. Janelle finished the sale, and set up my new phone. Janelle was quick, efficient and super friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with the Georgian mall branch and these two exemplary employees. Thanks!

The young man (i think his name is Paul) that served both my husband and I when we came in multiple times to pick out and then help us both activate and set up our IPhones was absolutely amazing. Very patient and very helpful. Fantastic service!!!

Had to get a new sim card for my new device; Janelle helped me. She was incredible and knowledgeable. Was not straight forward change form android to apple as my device was not North American. She persisted and succeeded! So impressed. Her customer service skills exceeded expectations! Kudos to Janelle:)
