Lovely place to stay. The room was super clean and the staff is overall very friendly.

Staying here as I write this... I've been working 5 day weeks in Lloyd for about 6 months. About a month ago I decided to start hopping hotels. I didn't want to stay in the same hotel week after week.I've been in about a half dozen hotels in Lloyd and this stands head and shoulders above them all...so far.Beautiful well built room. No tiles coming off in the bathroom. No shower so tiny you have to stick your head out. They even have a little night light in the bathroom for when you get up in the middle of the night to pee. Tile in the entryway and carpet in the rest of the suite. That shocked me for some reason. No expense was spared for this place, IMO.I was amazed at how beautiful, well kept and clean the room was. But I found out that the desk chair was a bit broken. I told the front desk and within 15 minutes they had replaced the chair. That's customer service!The included breakfast is the best I've had here in Lloyd. Some sort of eggs...denver omelettes, scrambled, etc; Sausage rounds; ham; bacon; French toast; make-your-own Waffles; oatmeal, etc. And of course, juices and a couple of kinds of coffee. Just tons of good stuff for breakfast and they aren't afraid of variety.The also have a great pool and gym. The pool doesn't have a slide though, in case you have little ones when you visit.Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity and even a bad one.A couple of caveats though.1) Although you can get housekeeping when you want it they generally will only do it every 5 days. I actually like the fact that they leave me be for the 4 day I'm in the suite. I don't need a daily fussing.2) It's on the edge of Lloyd on the Alberta side. If you work on the exact opposite end of town, as I do, it's quite a commute. Don't kid yourself, Lloyd may be a small city but it does have a rush hour.Rate is good for employees of a certain big name company in town. It's probably a better hotel for business travellers and most of the people I see here are just that.Highly recommended.

We travel to lloyd and stayed in this place for business on a regular basis. However, the experience we have tonight is very unpleasant. We arrived at 4:30 in the morning, the front door was locked. Ringed the bell, called the front desk, nobody answered. We just got off work and desperately needed sleep. We knocked for 10 minutes before the guy answered the door. We asked for a late check out at 1pm, he said he will have to charge us for another night. I travel for business, and stayed in many hotels over the years. This is the only one charge second night for a late check out. The guy at front desk never offered my drink and snack as stated in my membership benefit.We checked in the hotel at 4:30 am on Feb 20th in the morning, the hotel charged me for that night of 19th and 20th and also charged me no show" for the same night....."

After a terrible experience at the Meridian hotel across the parking lot (booked 3 nights with them and didn’t even end up staying for 1) we walked in and were greeted by Brian the manager. He was lovely, compassionate, and so understanding when we explained our situation. I asked to see the room before I payed and he brought me up and gave me a tour. The rooms are very nice and everything is clean and the breakfast is beautiful. I felt safe staying here alone.

Nice clean hotel friendly service located near Walmart and other big shopping centers, but clear across town so be prepared to drive a bit.

Moved here after staying in the meridian hotel (horrible expierence).Love this hotel. Breakfast is great, location is great, rooms are great, staff is great. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

Service was very good, the room was very clean, the only drawback was our bedding had a bleach smell to it. On a positive note, that meant it was very clean, considering the problems covid caused. However, an extra rinse in the cleanings process who probably take care of the smell. The beds were super comfortable. I know that the cable is Shaw business, but a better selection of channels would be welcomed. The night clerk was great in helping out with some items we forgot to bring, (bottle opener in room would be a huge bonus). I recommend to everyone.

Nice location of the hotel. multiple food options around like three trees, Popeyes etc. Close to the other shopping malls like Walmart, home depot etc. decent number of parking slots, Gym, Swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, tea coffee around the clock, business center are the some sealant features. Rooms not bad but can be improved like TV can be replaced with smart TVs, some rooms upgraded to the kitchenette rooms etc. Front desk staff is good.

I love this hotel and stay here whenever I am in Lloyd. Delicious restaurants nearby and the complimentary breakfast buffet is clean and stocked. The rooms are modern and clean every time. With the digital key and check out I never need to wait at the front desk. Some windows look out to the countryside which is kinda cool.
