Great experience at Empire Dental. We had a dental emergency and Dr. Raouf was attentive, professional, compassionate and gentle, great characteristics for a dentist. They will become our new family dentist.

Dr. Little had been my dentist since my first appointment as a little girl. Even though we miss him, he left us in good hands with Dr. Ray. Dr. Ray is a warm, approachable and easy person to talk to. He is excellent at providing helpful and supportive health education and assisting patients in making informed treatment decisions. Above all else, he has an incredible sense of humour! Welcome Dr. Ray!

Dr Ray has been amazing! He is friendly and makes going to the dentist not an awful task! Dr Ray has also been great with my two little ones (4yo and 6yr). Highly recommend to anyone in search of a dentist. The staff in the clinic are also fabulous, Geraldine has is always a friendly welcome and super helpful!

My husband, kids and I all visit Empire Dental for all our dental needs. Great experience every single time. Everyone in the office, including the front desk staff, hygienists and the dentist are excellent. The kids especially love the visits and are very comfortable. Their fave part is having a tv screen above their heads and being able to pick out their own movie/tv show on Netflix while they get their work done. Work is always fantastic, appointments are quick and easy to book. 10/10 recommended.

I phoned in yesterday with a dental emergency. The Receptionist made such a warm & caring impression with her compassionate phone etiquette, which drew me in. They are the ones who make the first impression on the clinic. She then made an appointment, after having been turned away from 6 others due to vacation or nothing available. I am sorry that I didn't catch your name.Upon meeting the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Elbatanony, my fears lessened (some). I have extreme anxiety when it comes to a dentist visit, that can result into panic attacks. They both offered such soothing caring service, and made my situation calmer. I appreciate all of their professionalism and concern. I will personally now only come to this Dentist location. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel important enough to take me in on a last minute notice, when I was already in panic. You are true Angels!

I had to take my daughter in to get a tooth removed. She is 7, and is always very nervous at dental appointments. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the Dentist's bedside manner! He immediately put my daughter at ease. Kept her distracted from what was going on. Everything went smoothly and she came out feeling so proud of herself - as was I.My daughter said she gives him 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I found out Dr Little was retiring and a new Dentist would be taking over I was very anxious and nervous. Dr Little has been the only Dentist to do work on my mouth for 30+ years. I met Dr Ray and he was very kind. I explained my worries to him and all were taken into account when doing work on my mouth. He has made me feel comfortable and safe to be in the dental chair while having work done. If you’re looking for a new Dentist I highly recommend Empire Dental on Lundy’s Lane.
