We had a leaking water boiler in our home hot water heating system.Anthony was pleasant and professional, he gave me straight forward answers and gave me an all in price for replacing the furnace. The brand he recommended is one of the three with highest customer satisfaction according to Consumer Reports. Anthony was punctual, the new furnace requiring re-routing some of the pipes and he replaced most of the water controls as well. He worked without a break for almost eight and hours and finished the job. A job well done! Quan plumbing and heating, Anthony have provided an excellent, professional, timely and clean service. Our family has needed his services for several things , changing heater, checking leak, etc. His work quality , the supplies he uses and care has been consistently amazing each time. Best part is he speaks Cantonese , Mandarin and English, so he was able to explain and communicate any of the problems to my parents as well. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care in replacing our old water tank. Making sure everything was done properly and not to damage any of our walls and hvac components since our mechanical room was very tight.The supplier had supplied a cosmetically damaged tank to Anthony. Normally, because it is only cosmetic, I've seen some plumbers still go ahead with the install, saving themselves a trip to exchange the tank. But Anthony went right back to get a new one and made sure the entire install was done cleanly as well.Very happy with the install and service. Will definitely contact him in the future for any plumbing related troubles.
