Worst experience ever. I wanted to purchase my whole home office setup here and was ready to sit down and purchase it with a salesperson and one of their managers refused me service for not wearing a mask. Even though their employees do not wear masks when they are in there alone, they just wear them for show.

I had a great experience dealing with this store and staff purchasing an ergonomic chair. They were able to find me something within my budget and I was in and out (which I like!). Best part, the chair came home with me on that same day.I'll be back for other furnishings I am sure!

Fastest, best service while shopping for a chair. Took me directly to what I was looking for within my price range. Had me out the door with the chair within 15 minutes. Great Value! I believe the SP name was Terrence?? Not 100 %

The worst place to buy...honestly never go here. Josh, one of their supposed staff has no customer service skills and lacks basic manners. I can't beleive how he bad mouthed his own colleague. Very disrespectful, I walked of the store and will never go back to the Abbotsford location.
