I always try to give this aritzia another chance because they are 5 mins from my house but i will for now on travel to different one I have been told my employees that i'm fat and poor they have been rude to my mother i have waited 20 minutes for changing rooms. I honestly don't understand ever being that rude to another person in general but to a customer is insane.

Head Office should really consider re training all staff on what good customer service means. Really disappointed in the treatment and very pushy attitude. You can do better Aritzia! You need to humble your sales staff. Very childish and unprofessional behaviour.

This 5 star rating is for a sales associate named Camilla at this location. She was so extremely helpful when I couldn't find a scarf I was looking for at this location. She let me know which location would have the stock for the items I was looking for. Another staff member attended to meright before her and that staff did not even try to help me check the back for stock and told me to look online for the stock availabilities instead of helping me. Luckily Camilla went above and beyond and helped me afterwards.

Shahrzad(Shar) is very caring and professional. She is so helpful. I had an amazing experience at the Aritzia store in Hillcrest mall. Shar found the exact right pants for me and I am very happy.Thank you Shahrzad.

Seems like returning items at this store is a recurring issue. I purchased a pair of pants at another location and was in the area so I decided to return them at Hillcrest. The pants were unwashed, unworn (outside of trying them in-store and at home) with tags still attached, in the exact same condition I purchased them in. The staff at the store refused to return the pants because the tags were on the wrong side of the pants" and if I'd purchased them that way

Rude employees. One walked right into me because she wasn't looking where she was going. The rest were standing behind the main cash table and just being useless/ giggling at the customers.
