We were able to arrange for our bin to be dropped off within a short period of time. Duncan was prompt, helpful and even took the time to show our son how he places the bin down. Let's just say, our young son was super excited to watch the bin being placed on our driveway. We ran into an issue preparing for our bin to arrive and our trailer broke down across the street from our home before we could pull it into our driveway. When Bin Master arrived to drop off our bin, the driver asked if I needed help towing the trailer somewhere, explaining he could return once he dropped the bin off to his customer -- not even realizing I was his customer! He put in extra effort for no extra charge and was SUPER helpful. Amazing service and highly recommended!! 20 stars!

Excellent service from top to bottom. From the start they respected my wish to be contacted by text rather than phone. Delivery was right on time and I was upgraded to a larger bin at no cost. Pickup was totally contact-free; I didn't even know they'd visited, and I was at home. A little over a week later I received an itemized invoice - and even a refund on the balance without my asking. Can't recommend enough!
