I would like to thank Fern's heating for their professionalism for our recent heating installation. The service was excellent from Doug that installed our equipment. He worked with us for location, was polite and courteous. The area was kept clean and he kept us informed as the installation progressed.. Awesome service and very knowledgeable. It was our first time using Fern’s since moving to the North Bay area. We had a furnace, ac unit, and hot water tank installed. From the technicians to the office staff, everyone was very friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The technicians gave us great advice and were able to install additional air drops in our basement to help make the heating/ac system work properly in our home. Fern’s was recommended to us and we would gladly recommend them to other people. We look forward to continuing our business with Fern’s in the future.

On the day my house purchase was closing, my insurance company informed me they were having a very hard time getting me insurance due to the oil heating system and the age of the oil tank. I couldn’t find anyone to install a new tank so off to google I went to look for a company that sells new furnaces. Janice answered the call and has been super amazing, friendly, informative, empathetic and very helpful. Craig came to check out the location and answered alllll of my questions. Within 2 weeks I had a new furnace installed, they removed my old furnace and the oil tank. The crew (Mitch, Leis and Jake) were very professional, respectful, tidy and personable I HIGHLY recommend Ferns Heating, this has been a very positive experience for me during a very stressful time.

Unfortunately I purchased a Napoleon Gas Stove 3 years ago. It has never worked properly. I have been waiting for them to come out and fix it properly. They never phone me to give me updates. I would never recommend them. Very poor customer service. They will probably never come out. I must say they have been out a handful of times but it has never been fixed.

Our home boiler needed to be replaced. I contacted Fern’s and a technician came out the same day. Received a quote and proceeded. I have to say the friendly staff at the office to the professionalism of the technicians was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend Fern’s Heating to family and friends. I purchased a brand new furnace from Ferns in October and it was the best decision I ever made. This is a class A business. They treated my family and my home with respect and the 2 men that came to my home for the installation were absolutely fantastic! They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. If you go with Ferns you will never have a problem. These guys have been in the business for years and they treat their customers like gold. These guys are great! I highly recommend them, and I don't say that very often.

The team service standard and quality is superb!
