Friendly service and a nice drink but when I asked for an extra straw they wouldn't give one and said I'd have to pay extra! It seems like a ridiculous thing to charge for, and I'd already paid at that point so I had to leave it

I have been visiting Chatime Grandview ever since they opened! My favourite drink is the Mango Green Tea. Staff are courteous and make the drinks quickly! They have lots of flavours and the teas have a balanced taste. Recommend this cute spot!

Some drinks are really tasty but a kinda overpriced. Fun place to take your overseas grandma too for a fun drink. I wouldn't go here regularly.

I used to really like this place, I got extra extra pearls and paid more than enough for the additional pearls, even more than I needed to pay (7 scoops filled a small cup and I paid for 13.) and paid for the extra cup to take them home. For days they have “not had enough pearls” even though they said they had enough stock they just” couldn’t” make them. I understand their machine takes 1 hour so I would phone ahead. I know the cost of the pearls they use bulk that are imported from Taiwan and they were making a killing off of my order.Now they refuse to sell extra pearls in their drinks completely.The girls that work their are extra nice, and nothing against them but the owners, not so much. I asked for something that could be easily made and told them to charge me whatever price needed to obtain what I was after and bought from them almost daily.They just lost a customer who made them quite a bit every day. Looks like elsewhere will be getting my businessSad.

extremely understaffed. expect long wait times. manager needs to hire more people or come work themselves to help the two girls when working a rush. i had to wait for a very long time and even saw people leaving because they didn’t have time

Everything was fine except for the cleanliness of the restaurant. There’s garbage everywhere, tables and chairs were dirty, floor was filthy. We went in at around 8:30pm on a Saturday and nobody was in the building except for us therefore, it was not busy at all. Staff members could have done some basic cleaning to at least maintain the look until closing.

I’ve always loved their fruit teas and just got the chance to try out their matcha drinks now that there’s a location close to my home ! The atmosphere is wonderful and the led lights add for a great photo opportunity
