It still upsets me, and to hear that a friend of mine brought their dog their and the same thing happened to their dog, that's what made me write a response.#1 Instead of trying to cover up for the mistake your staff made, I'd prefer you learn that the weakness in your salon is your LACK of communication skills and to learn to LISTEN to what the client asks for!If you're UNcertain of what the client said then it is your responsibility to call and clarify and not just go ahead and shave the dog.#2 your staff clearly stated to me Oh

Excellent. The service was beyond anything else. I recently adopted a cat from Rouki FrouFrou and it went incredibly well. She's already got two vaccines, a micro-chip and dewormed. They are super generous and reasonable with their warranties for animals. They're not just looking to make a sale, but also to provide you with proper service and you can see that the employees truly care about what they are doing.

If I can put a zero star I would. A couple of years ago I brought my dog to get her nails clipped, and they cut nearly all of her quicks. My dog was screaming of pain and I had to stop them and take her out of the shop. I decided to give the shop a second chance, years later, (since the pandemic made it almost impossible to find others places for a quick nail cut -even at her vet clinic) and they, again, cut her quick really bad. They didn't advise me about it, I found out once I was in my car, with her nail gushing blood.****Now I know, based on their multiple responses for the same problem that they will not take accountability and say that they are dealing with living animals that move... however, clipping nails is basic 101 for ANY professional groomer. My dog is extremely calm and well trained; but even at that, had she been a dog that moves around a lot, they could've stopped and advised me that they cannot continue or my dog risks getting hurt. To conclude it all, a cut quick that gushes that much blood is impossible to miss.... they didn't even have the decency to take care of it, or at least, to let me know so that I can apply pressure right away. Her quick has been bleeding for more than 15 minutes and she now is at the vet clinic. I will reach the owner shortly to get a refund and see that my vet bill gets fully paid for by the shop. Zero professionalism!

Friendly staff with 1 year warranty on any issues with their puppies. They stand behind this warranty without hesitation.

Owners are very nice, they have an amazing inventory of original items for dogs (smaller breeds) the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because when they cut my puppies nails they didn't tell me she got hurt (they cut too close to the vein)

I got my dog here and I absolutely love him. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pet accessories sold there seem aimed mostly toward older bougie women who see themselves as affluent. The only strike I give this place is that a lot of stuff is overpriced.

Brought my dog to get groomed and got an excellent service. My dog looks perfect smells amazing and nails are cut perfectly ! Thank you for your amazing service Very welcoming Definitely coming back

If you want to go to a place where people are warm and friendly this is the place for you. Their love for animals is evident. There are things for every budget and you will find the most original things for your pets. If you can think of it, rouki has it.

We are truly blessed to have this incredible shop.Our dogs are always handled with love and kindness.We have 4 very tempermental chihuahuas and they never have any issues with them even our most anxious dog is happy .Thank you so much .From Tuco,Roxy,Marley and Abby.
