Clean up your property, west side of building has weeds 3 feet high.

This location is probably the worst group of mean girls collect I have ever seen. I have been here a few times to do different things, book a trip, get a new caa card and even ask about renters insurance. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome, they all stare and wait for someone to “offer” to help me. Then what I want is usually brushed off and I get so annoyed I leave. Yet another day of the same old thing. I got a Caa card for Christmas I have the temporary card and another one was supposed to be sent to me. I have moved so much I thought it was my fault for not keeping them updated. I have been in twice since I moved to my permanent place and asked for a replacement card. I was told because it’s just a year membership I don’t need a replacement card. I think from now on I’ll just drive through the storm to a regina location

Lisa Staniowski was the most amazing help I could’ve ever asked for. After hours of fighting with Air Canada on my own and getting no where, Lisa was able to get me a full cash refund and re booked my flight. She was so reassuring. Thank you so so much Lisa, I will be coming back for future travel plans.

Absolute joke of a place. 2 people working and no customers inside. I had to wait over 15 minutes to be helped to purchase 2 movie tickets...CAA offers services that are just an absolute pain to use...

My 17 year old son and I visited the Moose Jaw CAA location today as he wanted to purchase a membership. He is a new driver and had saved up his money to make this purchase. After collecting all of his personal information we were informed that unless I was willing to pay using my credit card (as he doesn’t have a credit card) he would be charged an additional service fee of $21 in order to be able to pay using debit. I explained that this was absurd… how can a company justify penalizing a customer for paying cash/debit for their services. I guess CAA thinks it is ok to discriminate against financially responsible individuals like my son. We didn’t end up purchasing his membership as they refused to wave this ridiculous penalty fee! I think CAA needs to reevaluate their policies … Canadian Tire does offer a very reasonably price coverage with similar options … maybe they should consider the fact that they are not the only players in this game!

Clean well organized building with knowledgeable and friendly staff who are efficient.

My car got stuck on muddy road and CAA said we don't have 4x4 trucks and can't help. We asked if they can send anyone else but no. On top of it I was asked not to call them again when RCMP officers connected to them as there was no one to help.I wish there is an option to give negative points on review.
