It has been a while, since we visited this provincial Campsite. It has expanded and improved. A fully separate boat launch with a day area - and a concession stand, Washrooms throughout the 3 camping areas. Also, check out the new beach swimming area. Very family friendly. This access and area is well maintained.

A nice camp ground not far from the city - an easy drive. Not much for trees, and the spots are pretty cozy. There are flush toilets and shower facilities that are cleaned frequently, in addition to the pit toilets. The sundries shop is always a hit with the ice cream. The lake is great for boating, with a spot set aside for wading and splashing with the kiddos.Be prepared for lots of mosquitos - bring lots of sunscreen and bug spray. There are a couple of small parks for the kiddos to play at as well as some open spaces where we have seen people playing soccer and baseball.

Good beach, pretty good boating, nice treed, large tent site. Will definitely return, I hope. Was with family and 2 little grandkids , kids definitely enjoyed freedom to safely roam and bike. A bit of a gem, for sure

Nice little campground set in a valley between the hills. Grounds were clean and well maintained. The beach and lake were great. There is a small shop at the beach selling a few snacks, food and beach toys but it's only open for a few hours on weekends.Toilets were typical for a campground, but not bad at all.I'd visit here again.

The park is worth a visit but the 'campground' is mostly a trailer park. Cramped and noisy. Firewood is expensive and the bags are mostly kindling; not conducive to cooking-fires. The small beach is nice and the nearby tuck shop has great ice cream.

Safe campground to camp, lots of things to do, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, day party, swimming, beach.Downside: no beach for the dogs, no offleash run

Great family campground. You can hike the near by hills for reception. Not too far. Then enjoy camping. Also staff seemed to leave people to enjoy camping. Hard to find these days. Saw them rolling around just checking on things very friendly. Zero issues.

A great place to run out for day(s)!!! A quiet and lovely, well maintained Provincial Park. A Family oriented place, with tons of do-it around, to get rid of stress and relax.Go out and discover it, for a day or a week! You will appreciate the place.Fishing, hiking, camping, grilling: just few thinks you can do it!

Dear mom & dad,Another beautiful spot to camp as a family. Some sites don’t have a lot of shade so don’t forget to bring your own. If you want privacy, you will not find much here. There are showers and each bathroom house has two stalls (2 for women and 2 for men). The beach is small but doesn’t feel crowded. Fishing at 10-11pm is the best time!! There’s a playground, it’s okay. My kids wanted more slides and stuff though. There are swings right in front of the beach, next to a concession shop. The bathroom by the beach is not that clean, so go potty before heading to the beach. We loved it though!
