I don't like this store because I bought a hair dryer yesterday and it didn't work. the store did not check before selling to me. I am very upset about this situation and when I wanted to return the defective item I was refused. offered only an exchange for the same model. for a customer who already had a negative experience with this model, this is certainly not a solution to the problem. Therefore, I want to warn others about such a situation.

I want to share my amazing experience with the Hair stylist Able. A special shout-out to him for not just being amazing at understanding my curly hair texture but also recommending a style that would suit my face and personality. He helped me understand what products he applied and also how to take care of my hair in the daily routine.Able you are not just an amazing professional but also an amazing human being. I hate that I’m having to write this, I’ve never had any issues with any Chatters locations before.I went in for a wash cut & style. Asked for shoulder length, some long layers and a touch up on my curtain bangs. First red flag was him not parting my hair before cutting. Second red flag was zero product being used before any heat. Third was the fact that a service that has taken every hairstylist I have ever seen in my life a solid 60 minutes, took this person about 25. My hair is well above my shoulders, I have zero length because I basically left with a Bob haircut since my entire head is choppy layers. I honestly look so dumb and am dreading the next 3-4 months since I’m going to have to wait for this mess to grow out and go elsewhere to have someone who won’t rush a service fix this.

Beware of booking with Vita Tkachuk; I was met with crooked, and unprofessional client conduct.But after, I was greeted by Parwinder Brar. Very talented and helpful with my first visit at Chatters ❤️

I am new to Winnipeg. To get my hair color, I searched on google and found this Chatters Salon with good reviews.I randomly selected the hair artist as I didn’t know anyone being new. I was booked with Jonah E . After my appointment, I am so much satisfied with my hair color and her services. She is really good at her skills. She is so gentle on hair. I really loved her services and will recommend to everyone !!

The worst customer service, else then helping they like to blame the customer itself. Learn how to treat your customers well else then blaming and wasting time. Worst experience ever in Winnipeg

Great selection of products, I did not get any hair services done while I was here, just some products. But the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and quick to help me find exactly what I needed! There was even a free product with my purchase which was a nice bonus!

I’ve been going to see Elaine for about a year now and she takes very good care of my hair! She’s kind, pleasant to chat with, and pays attention to detail to ensure that you are satisfied with how your hair turns out.Her availability varies but I usually book an appointment about a week ahead which isn’t bad at all, a lot of other stylists are usually fully booked for the entire month so I’m able to be more flexible with appointment times when it comes to her.I recommend her if you’re looking for a stylist with 10+ years of hair experience, she does not disappoint!
