Grocery shopping near Xmas around 3 pm and it was busy as heck. Prices are super high, more so than other SOFs. Most staff are nice with exception of one Cashier - Shane- , waved us away from his till. We went to another cashier who scanned the items quickly and we were on our way. ( the only other times I was waved away were by traffic cops and disgruntled employees in SE Asia!). Going to SOF in Terra Nova from now on!

Sales are good, the store usually does not have everything they flyer. Terrible customer service, I walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for a helper clerk - none to be found, got to the check out asked about a sale item he told me that they are saving money so there are no clerks to help" I was shocked by that answer. For the prices they charge add a clerk to the aisles really. It's groceries so unfortunately we will be back but the Mgr should get her staff and scheduling in line."

Very nice Save-on-foods! Friendly staff. The aisles are wider than most Save-on-foods. Lots of variety and reasonable/typical Save-on prices. Deli meats, baked goods and most foods are presented nicely. Not too busy either. Good location. Lots of parking.

I love shopping at the save on foods because it is a quaint, smaller version of Savon, which is in Steveston Village. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to give you a hand with your needs and so forth. Also, I find that it stress free when you shop there. It may be a little bit busy but It’s not as busy as the bigger save on foods. You get a chance go check it out it’s a really nice Savon to shop at.

I recently visited the Save-on-Foods Steveston branch and I was very impressed with what I found. The store was neatly organized and had a wide variety of items on offer. From fresh produce to canned goods, I was able to find everything I needed.I also noticed that there were plenty of savings and sale options available which allowed me to get great deals on my purchases. This meant that I could save money without compromising on quality or selection.The staff at Save-on-Foods were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, offering advice and assistance whenever needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices.

Save -on-Foods on Steveston village Richmond BC.Very clean , and the prices are a bit higher from some other places like fresco,and walmart,Superstore.Its has pretty much everything you need,Parking underground also handicap parking and entrance.The service was awesome they even brought the groceries to my car very thankful .

You can get many of the same products at other grocery stores (such as FreshCo) for a cheaper price. But it’s still good I guess

Checkout staff not suited to the job. Not helpful. In one case rude! Unable to get everyday items . Prices in some cases higher than corner store. Don't like shopping there!.

Brand new store, so stylish and up to date design.Very fancy sections with gorgeous decorations.Prices are alright and is not based on new store expenses.Nice to have shopping centers like this in local communities.

A nice addition to the Steveston area for groceries. I do not find any difference from other Save-Ons, except for: collard greens which I have yet to see at ANY other supermarket/grocery store, from Richmond to Vancouver, were a great find to make all those recipes I have been holding on to; and there is a rear parking entrance with a lot of spaces that I use when it is peak time and really busy at the Third Avenue parking entrance.Daniel
