OK Tire

Although I don’t live in Armstrong, I will always make the commute to OK tire for services to my vehicles. Brett and the other staff are so friendly, well educated, communicate well and exceed my expectations every time I visit their location.

I went there looking for transmission advice. I went another time for tires. Both times I got a boat load of courteous, professional and accomodating.

These guys have worked on our vintage bronco and do amazing work. Recently brought in our 2019 Prius for brake replacements as another very well known company in Vernon said they were metal on metal and very dangerous. Ok tire was so honest once they looked at our vehicle and told us brakes were at 60% and didn’t need fixing. That kind of customer service is what keeps us going back!

Number one: right now as their pricing is way less than dealerships! Plus the added knowledge from the staff & their caring! You must go here.

So I should have seen this coming as I was told not to go here. But I took a chance and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The service and customer care and communication is garbage. And the owner is very hot headed and extremely rude. I'll leave the details out, in the end I told them what needed to be done, he says I didn't, and refused to do the work after I've been waiting a week. It is what it is, can't speak to their work quality as they didn't get that far. But I haven't heard good things and I'm glad it didn't end up getting done there now. The owner needs a serious reality check on running a business and customer service. Would not recommend going here.

Diagnosed and fixed my non working air conditioning in my classic car where another shop could not. Price was right where I thought it should be. Highly recommend them.
