Called them months ago on the recommendation of a coworker. Told we would get called week of June 22 with a date to do our roof. Had to call them July 14 when we still hadn't heard from them. Was told we were top of their pile and would get to us beginning of last week. Still no sign of them. Clearly don't value our business. Will likely be trying to find another company to do our roof.

Although locally popular and lots of recommendations, i had a different experience with the roofing team.I received a quote in the fall of 2021 for my home roof (and decided to wait til spring 2022) and expressed i needed a re-roofing quote at a property i own as well. I Was told a couple months later that it was winter and that they would deal with property roof quote in spring 2022.In feb 2022 i began to follow up to get both roof quotes (the home one updated for 2022 costs) early and set up jobs early and ended up chasing them for months. The owner finally came to quote the property roof work, gave me numbers and we moved forward with that. It was done about 6 weeks later and it was a decent job, however flashing and step flashing and detail stuff was skipped and not resealed as was promised. I complained after and they promised to follow up and i have never heard back from the owner since re fixing up the details missed there.Then the owner said his sales guy would get in touch re my home roof to update the quote. I Chased him for another couple months via texts and phone calls and finally in late june 2022 i was informed by him that they had decided to NOT do my home roof now because i didnt want to re-sheathe the entire thing. I had another quote in the meantime where i was told i would need maybe 3 new sheets replaced. So because i chose to NOT replace all the sheathing and spend the additional $20,000 they priced to do that, they bailed on the job altogether after stringing me along for about 4-5 months in early 2022.Im Not impressed with the final detail work at property and totally unimpressed with the lack of professionalism put towards my home roof which is now beyond the need of replacement and trying to still someone else local.I would not recommend no matter how cheap their prices seem to be. It looks like their roofing division isnt worth the cheap prices, you get what you pay for it seems with them.

Thank you to R Roofing and Renovations. Call after call to several locals to do the outside of our home, we finally found someone that showed up on time and gave us a fair price AND can get it done this Fall yet. Their place of business is clean looks like things run like a well oiled machine!

RM Roofing we’re called to replace a roof and 35 year old leaking flashing same time. They took my fathers money, and put an expensive new roof over a leaking flashing and instead of replacing it simply used mastic sealer on the crack. 2 years later into a 5 year warranty the owner Randy shouted profanity at my 73 year old father when called to come out and fix the leak under warranty. When I called back he told me to go f@&£ myself because he “doesn’t do flashing”.They are not qualified tradespeople and on inspection didn’t lay an ice shield and the gutters leak all over.They aren’t roofers, they’re robbers with a pickup truck and a ladder.And Randy if you’re reading this you know who I am so please come talk tough to my face (but we both know you’re just a coward that bullies senior citizens!)

Had an emergency last year with my roof, got a call back within an hour that someone would come out to check out my exposed roof. They determined that this was an issue and squeezed me in to come out 4 days later to do my entire roof. Went with the good shingles with lifetime warranty and it looks amazing. Great install, in and out in a day 0 issues. Guys working on the house couldn't be more friendly. Would use them again on a heart beat.

We have been dealing with R&M for quite a few years. Everything from new roof to patching roof to eavestroughing. Excellent service and will keep on using them.
