Leonard and his team were amazing. We had our entire townhouse painted (ceilings, walls, doors, trims, baseboards, etc). We also had some repairs done - the doors, trims, baseboards had to be sanded, primed and painted. It was lots of work. They showed on time all the time and they worked really hard to complete the work. Everything was finished on time and the results were fantastic, the place looks like brand new. They are very efficient and they pay lots of attention to details. Everything was taped carefully or covered with big plastic sheets before the work started. Canvas sheets were used everywhere to cover the floor. At the end they cleaned everything and no paint for us to clean at all. As some dust is expected and it's normal , we vacuumed, dusted and put everything back at the end. The communication was excellent , if something required clarification Leonard would call me right away. He has lots of experience with painting ( 30 years) , he really does a good quality job, we highly recommend him if you are looking for a good professional painter to trust and to not worry about anything.

Utopia Painting Company is a fantastic and wonderful business operated by Leonard, an artisan of house painting.I would get your three quotes, if you must then hire Leonard and his team, regardless of where his quote fits, although he was many thousands of dollars less than another company quoting for the same job.Our old 1910 house was very weathered and in serious need of a tremendous amount of preparation and Leonard and his team spent days prepping the house, windows, porches, arbors and everything else that caught their eye that needed work before painting.The result was is a masterpiece that has transformed our home into a thing of colourful beauty. People walk by and stop to admire the view of our home and make compliments as to colour choice.Leonard is fantastically professional, knowledgeable, positive in nature, accommodating to last minute changes, is an exemplary hard worker, and treats his crew with positivity, dignity and respect.
