Very bad experience with the manager in the evening, female and her subordinate a guy, not at all helping mentality, very rude and heavy attitude..some one teach her customer service! She thinks she owns nike, other female host was very helpful. I wanted to buy 3 pairs of airforce but ended up buying 1 pair because of her attitude

Horrible costumer relationship, we can not order to them specific shoes for sprint running and manger is awful. They have no idea what they are doing and they claimed we are not affiliated with Nike and they said you need to order Nike web page. How can we buy sprint running shoes without trying?If it the case why they name is in the Nike web page.In a short useless service and Aisha and her manager is awful.

Really nice stuff clean and sleek I bought a Nike Tech Fleece and Tech pants on Boxing Day each pice was 20 ish% off the staff was also very nice and helping

The costumer service in this store is amazing. Their employees have great product knowledge specially in shoes. Khalil specifically help me find a shoe that was great for the gym and he explains it clearly on to why it was good. Will gladly go back just for their service!!

Good finds. Good selection for shoes. London doesn’t have much for brands so having this Nike helps a bit. Staff is cool and helpful.

30 days return policy,unworn shoes, they don't give it back,also store credit is denied,nike is so disgusting. The store manager Aaron told me very unkindly that he would not give me a refund. He said that the soles of the shoes which is I wanted to return were dirty". At least I tried them on in this store

Staff is terrible, guys at the front don’t know there own policy and don’t stand by it. Unwilling to assist and “ assistant managers” have no clue what there doing. They accused me of tampering a 180$ Nike tech coat when a zipper came off. Was only bought 2 weeks ago. Said it “ wasn’t defective” and I should go get it fixed at a stitching store . Horrible customer service.

I have been here with my kids and family more than 3 occasions and my experience were awful. The guys attending to the customers just practically stood there and didn’t even attend to me and when k called on them to ask questions, the attitude and looks on their face were very unpleasant. I prefer shopping for what I want on the Nike apps than here, it’s more convenient and I don’t get those terrible gaze that makes you feel unwelcome. I would have given this location a zero star review if I could. The dudes all have zero Cutsomer care training.

I had an amazing time shopping at Nike today! Thanks to a worker who goes by Yusuf Jomaa, made my shopping experience a 10/10! This man was very kind and helpful. If you come to Nike I would recommend you see Yusuf!
