My family recently went to this Rogers store to look for a better package. Daniel was the representative who dealt with us and gave us a fantastic experience! He was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about Rogers packages. We upgraded our plan to a lower cost which we were entitled to through a company discount.We strongly recommend asking for Daniel the next time you go into the store.

I recently visited this Rogers store to drop off a modem. I walked up to the store as a customer was leaving but a male employee proceeded to locked the door while making eye contact, he then turned around and walked to the back of the store to then again make eye contact and shaking his head to gesture no. While I understand that they needed to close on time (this was 10 mins before closing time at 7:50pm), I was disappointed with the lack of customer service in that situation, I would have appreciated if the employee had taken a moment to at least communicate with me before closing the door. It was an unpleasant experience that could have been avoided with better customer service. There were no customers and from what I could tell, a total of 3 employees, 2 of which were just chatting with one another, one of them actually made eye contact with me but instead of acknowledgment, they proceeded to the back room. After some time an employee came to the door to hesitantly assist me with my drop off which took no more than 2 minutes. Their customer service was extremely poor and their staff seemed unwilling to help due to the fact that their store was about to close. I would not recommend this Rogers location for anyone looking for a reliable and customer oriented experience.

Came in after the call Center messed up. Samuel provided us with some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. He recommended a better plan than the one we had in mind, helped us set everything up despite the system crashing, and managed to do all this while also chatting with us AND helping other customers. Superhero. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Made us less wary of signing up with Rogers after years of bad experiences,

Thought I'd share the experience I had with this store. I dealt with Layo, the assistant store manager and I could not have had a better experience. Layo is very knowledgable and helped me get the best plan for me. He took the time to explain everything and then to answer any questions I had with my new phone. He went beyond what I expected and transferred everything to my new phone and explained all the new features I did not know about at a time when the store was very busy. It was so nice meeting you Layo!! Thank you so much for the great service!

The rate justifies the services completely. The staff does not even try to help you. All they say is call the helpline and they will assist you. On asking the customer services agent zain that what is the difference between Iphone 13 and 14 his reply was “nothing they look at exactly the same”. His answer shows how qualified they are and how much they are interested in helping customers or answering their questions. Worst experience ever on a Rogers service centre. Do yourself a favour. Either call the customer services number to get help because that is what you will constantly hear at this location, or visit any other one. I am sure you will be welcomed and treated better because this location and their services is absolutely garbage and below par.

Chris's behavior lacked basic courtesy. Instead of focusing on my immediate need to fix my account with Fido in order to be able to make my monthly payment, he was trying in upselling a different service. As a customer, I was expected to be treated with respect and professionalism but Chris's unprofessional behaviour and rudeness only added to my frustration.

In all the many years I’ve been with Rogers I’ve experienced the very best customer service from Samuel! He was patient, professional and explained my phone options. Not only did I upgrade my phone but then my entire family upgraded their phone and plans! Thank you Samuel. You are awesome!!!
