Super friendly and exceptional service. Like most people looking to hire a contractor or service professional I did my research prior to and obtained several quotes. RC Professional Services Inc quoted us a very reasonable price, and did exactly what they said they would do, with no hidden costs, upselling or short cuts. Clean and precise work was done. From start to finish they were a joy to deal with. They communicated well from the time of booking the job, right through to the final result. Highly recommend their service.

Great service and a very reasonable price. I had Mitch and his crew come remove a few trees from the front and back yard. As a bonus he mulched up some of the wood for my front garden area and did hesitate when asked. They did the job quick, clean, grinded down the stumps , and cleaned up any mess. I would definitely recommend and will use again in future.

Mixed feelings here for rating - Mitch didnt show the first time he was to come, he was in a car accident (In ready the reviews im not sure if this was true or not). I rescheduled, he did showed up dropped a number of trees for me, seemed like a really nice guy. He had a mishap and offered a few hundred off my price but he had to come back to finish so I paid him full price for that day and he was taking 200 off when he came back to finish the visit. One week later I hadn't heard from him so I called to reschedule he was to come the next day and just didnt show up, not even a txt. I Called again a week or so later and he actually did showed up - pretty sure just to get his expensive headphones back that he dropped when he was at my house the first time, once he had those in hand he had another emergency pop up just after he arrived so he could not stay and left. It has now been a month since that day and a number of text messages and I have not received 1 response. * If you make this right Mitch I will remove rating however my advise to others would be to stay clear of this guy as he clearly is NOT reliable. Seriously how hard is it to return a txt to say im busy it will be some time before I can come back OR I am just not interested in coming back so find someone else and not leave me hanging. And what about the $200 you offered me off the price?

RC Professional Services removed a very large old dead tree for us. They did a most satisfactory job, in a safe and efficient manner. Also, the following cleanup was quite impressive. We would not hesitate to call upon them again.

Mitch & crew do great work. Felled 2 significant maples that presented difficult challenges expertly (as in, landed precisely where they wanted, against the lean of both trees & didn’t hit neighbours or other trees). Very impressive. Clean-up was above and beyond expectations - a true sign of professionalism when they leave virtually no evidence of their heavy work. Their quote was much lower than others we investigated. Only reason for not giving 5 stars related to communication - it was sporadic, but to be expected with a newer business. Good people in that crew.

A Great Company to work with. Very professional, even gave some great insight to possible landscaping ideas. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be using them in the future for further tree removals.

SCAMPaid Mitch via etransfer to remove a tree from my yard. Gave me 3 different dates to come, did not show up on either date or respond to texts till much later. Always some sort of excuse. I asked for my money back as I will go with a more reliable and professional company. Have not gotten my money back over 3 weeks later, just continued excuses

We are so pleased with the job that Mitch did for us. He completely removed a tree that was difficult to reach without leaving any mess or signs that a tree had even been there. Price was very reasonable as well. We are definitely having him back to do some more work on our property!
