As a manager myself I’m disappointed with the food quality coming out of the kitchen. Food is majorly undercooked and there’s signs of cross contamination a dirty pizza roller was used to cut the bread sticks. Do better Pizza Hut.

Ordered 25$ pick up pizza and this is what i got, and no word from pizza hut at all i expect this from Jumbo's not a high class pizza chain. Fyi the dough want cooked enough either

I recently tried their mozzarella sticks, large stuffed veggie lovers pizza, Hersheys cookie and can bubbly lime.Everything was great except the bubbly lime but yeah that wasn’t prepared by them so can’t blame pizza hut.

If I could give no stars I would!!I placed an order online for CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. The driver calls saying he’s two minutes away, a respond with ok thank you, just buzz 503. He asked “ aren’t you coming to the door?” I respond with “ no you’re supposed to come up” the man starts coughing and just hangs up! And heard him coughing the whole way down the hall bringing the food. You should NOT have sick people delivering food. And not only that but there’s no sealed stickers on the pizza( photos were taken for proof) , so for all we know he got mad I wouldn’t come down and coughed all over the pizza too .Tried calling the number provided TWICE! And both times it rang a couple times then went to music, for a little over five minutes before the call was dropped… both times. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza is average. But the service is incredible!!! I didn’t even order anything from here but when I arrived home from work I had 2 pizzas waiting for me at my door!! Thank you for the free dinner bless you guys.
