Very quick and efficient service. However, the printing and copying facility is very old fashioned sloppy. Don't forget to carry coins or else you won't be able to do anything. You might need to make two trips as staff might ask for additional documents which were neither a requirement nor mentioned anywhere on their website or guidance notes. Other than these, it was very smooth. The location is very convenient also.

Wow! So easy!In and out in 10 minutes. I must go back in 4 days to pick up my visa.I arrived with a photo, the form filled out and copies of my airline and hotel bookings. I was missing photocopy of passport, but there was a printer i could use.Staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff is very friendly. Will allow time for you to use their computers if you forgot to print something. Make sure to bring change as it cost 0.25$ per paper.

The service is nice and rapid. In addition, they have a printer/scanner/photocopier on site with a computer where you may access your email for documents that you might have forgotten to print out. There is also a photo booth that'll print out 3 pictures for $10, cheaper than at Jean Coutu.The Canadian government could learn a thing or two from these guys
