WILSON STORAGE

Rented two units connected. When I came to get my things half were soaked with water. When I called to let them know I was told I should have wrapped everything in plastic yet there sight recommend using sturdy cardboard??Very disappointed it is supposed to be dry storage.

I was a customer for 2 months and had my unit broken into. Was called by staff and told that they would put a replacement lock on it, but when I went there to check what was gone about 6 hours later, there had not been anything put on it. I immediately took most of my remaining possessions out of the unit, and called the owner, who said they would go through footage of cameras for that area. Was told they were not able to see anything, despite the items in question having been very large and obvious, and when I mentioned their claim that there was cameras where my unit was, and that it should have been easy to see, I received no response, and it has been over a week since they last answered. They appear to have little to no security or any way to tell when something occurs, despite their claims to the contrary and their former 5-star rating.Would not recommend.

Friendly and responsive staff. Good, clean, secure storage unit. No evidence of any pests. I used it for over a year and it's contents were in perfect condition. I would recommend this storage facility.

We have had the privilege of using and working for Brad and his staff both professionally and personally over the last several years. We have utilized the multi service companies under the Wilson brand; and have consistently received reliable, trustworthy service. Would recommend them for all your storage and plumbing needs.

Rented unit on a Friday was told key pad was ready for entry, following day we were unable to get in and office not open til Monday. Husband told them the problem, they said everything looked fine on their end but because the gate was open they could not test our keypass. So weekend just passed again we could not gain entrance for 2ns weekend and are on a very tight time line. Very inconvenient.For customer service sake, I'd take a moment to actually test the gate, but that doesn't seem to be an option for them.

Brad, who also owns Wilson Plumbing, is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable; he identified and solved a tricky water quality problem we were having and we're very happy with the result. Given our experience with Wilson Plumbing, we would highly recommend any business he runs as trustworthy and professional, and we will definitely consider using Wilson Storage in future.

Stored contents from our house while our new house was being built. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Units were well maintained, clean and safe. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We have had a storage unit here for to years now and are very happy with the service from the girls in the office. Always accommodating and friendly to deal with. The price is good enough that we have not been in a rush to move out of our heated unit. But best is how Laura and Valorie have always treated us well, if you need storage units highly recommend. Clean. Very well run. Had our stuff in storage for over 10 months no issues. Did monthly checks, everything was always fine. No issues. Great place.
