Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I went to rent a car. I had problems with my credit card so they ask me if I know someone with a credit card to help me rent a car that I needed for 2 days. I said yes and call my husband. He came and as I was about to pay they refuse me as he does not have a driver's license but I do. I was furious as they were asking me before I called him if I know anyone I can use their credit card. My car is in the garage, I work far and now I don't know how I will go around between home and work. Never again will I step into their car place ever again.... lots of double talk. Not worth bring your business there

Needed a rental for a while as this was an insurance claim situation. Booked my appointment,went there and my rental was ready,cleaned(windshield needed a bit more tlc) and off I went. Whole process was fast and smooth.The return was just as smooth. Service was great. Polite employees with patience.

Very good and welcoming staff. We always rent 8 seater car from when our family comes over and they have good amount of cars in good condition. The prices are also affordable with good customer service.

Absolute worst. Was sent there by my dealer to get a car while doing maintenance on mine. Was given a dirty car, clearly used as a daly driver by one of the employee. No inspection done since it was too close from closing time. Brought it back, a few days later i get a claim for damages inside the trunk. I didn't even open the trunk neither did the clerk when he did the return inspection. Total fraud find another branch.

they never answer the phone, you get placed on hold for 10 mins then the line just cuts. Not a good way to retain customers

An extremely unprofessional environment and unpleasant experience.Today we had our car getting repaired at FixAuto Carrefour Laval, we were supposed to go and get a courtesy car from Enterprise in the meantime. I took the time to call this specific location yesterday and let them know that the car is under my dad's name and he is out of the country, we asked them if it would be a problem and they said it wouldn't as long as we had a credit card for the security deposit (which we did).Now we went from Brossard to Laval to drop off our car at Fix Auto and then went to Enterprise. Once we arrived at Enterprise, now he's telling us we need to be on the same policy, show my dad's driver's license and a credit card with his name on it.This is completely contradicting everything that they told me the day before over the phone. I had specifically told them that he is out of the country and that I would be coming to get everything done.This is completely understandable that it's your policy, but when a customer takes the time out of their day to call you and try to inform themselves, please be sure to provide them with accurate information and not mislead them.

I made a reservation here but then decided to get the car a couple of days sooner. They didn’t have the car I had reserved which is understandable given the circumstance. However the girl I dealt with was amazing and with the help of her colleague, gave me a better car than I was expecting. Awesome service.

The car wasn't cleaned and was dirty.The staff was courteous and nice although very busy the day I went.
