My son has been going for about two years. Great place great people. I deffinetly recommend it if you're looking to get your child or yourself into the martial arts or self defense.

Championship Martial Arts has been AMAZING! When I first contacted them I was apprehensive because they are a bigger studio and I wasn't sure how the culture would be, but I went ahead and called because I wanted an outlet for my daughter to get exercise and learn a defensive skill. From the first phone call they have been so friendly and awesome. My daughter who is naturally quiet and timid has been going for almost a year now and she has grown out of her shell so much from that first class, she even participates in sparing now which is something she said she would never" do. It has been wonderful to watch. All the instructors are amazing with the kids and it's a fun yet structured environment for the kids. They also offer childcare for after school and host holiday "camps" for parents who need childcare on days that school is out. I can't recommend this studio enough. If you are considering martial arts. This is the place to be."

Positively LOVE Champion ATA Martial Arts in Nampa! They are patient and understanding of each child's different needs and learning styles and will work with you and your littles to get the most out of your membership! Our kids work Hard in class and at home and are met with nothing but positivity and kindness as soon as we walk in the studio!

Every class my son goes to is great! He has so much fun and every single employee is so polite, respectful, helpful and upbeat for all kids and adults that attend their lessons. CMA has been a game changer for my son Carter. He used to get in at least one fight a month at school due to anger issues and since he has been attending CMA he is much more confident, better with using his words, even broke up a couple fights and prevented one, his attitude and respect towards me has significantly improved because not only do they hold expectations of respect in the building they expect the same thing from them when they are home and towards everyone they encounter. When my son had a brief loss of confidence in is ability to do taekwondo and wasn’t going to classes because of it they were quick to encourage him, pull him aside for extra lessons to get him caught up, sternly but respectfully remind him of their expectations, and remind him that he could do it. I just love how hard but gently they push him to do great and be his best self. I love how they pull the kids in with their energy making the class fun but don’t lose the expectations they have for the kids to be in control of their manners and respect.

CMA is an amazing place for kids to learn Tae-Kwan-Do. They are great with kids, have summer camps and camps during school breaks, and support development of self esteem and self control. They also focus on self-defense with the younger kids, teaching them that their voice is their strongest weapon and how to avoid getting kidnapped, which is very reassuring!

Really a great group to be around. Their energy is really positive and exciting. Classes are a lot of fun for the kids and for adults. Amazing at working with kids of all ages, wether it's in a group class or one on one. They are more than happy to teach kids the difference between right and wrong for behavior. All of their students show a tremendous amount of respect and are actually able to have and hold conversations in person, which isn't seen anymore. You can tell they treat each other as family. If you are looking for activities for yourself or kids I would recommend stopping by Champions and giving it a try.

If I could give it a 10 I would! Mr. Grimes, Ms. Andrews, Mr. Bittinger, Mr. Ayers, Mr. Heath, and Mr. Bower are AWESOME. Such a caring, family environment! They truly care about your kids success in life and not their belt level. They take the time and energy to talk with the kids and parents- and offer such great advice to the kids on their level. EVERY KID MATTERS! I recommend to anyone who is looking for an activity for their kids!

I have never met such kind caring people as the instructors here. They are so patient with the kids and make every class so fun. Staff to class size ratio is excellent. They teach kids discipline and about being a good person while also getting them physical activity.

We love this place, a great place for martial arts! We currently have a family member in 3 different programs here and all have had a great experience. The instructors are great with every age and even engage the littlest and most shy students. All of the staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. They also offer many camp days as well

Dedicated! Every instructor works hard to make sure each student is learning and growing in every session. We've tried another facility in the Treasure Valley and this program is WAY better. My child is very happy here and can't wait for his next class. They offer free classes for potential students if you're on the fence but, I don't think you'll be disappointed!
