Bought my 1st car ever. I called and spoke to Amy. She was wonderful and helped me. I didn't know what I had to do. She gave me quotes on both cars I was looking at which helped me decide which to buy. She set my insurance up on Thursday before a long weekend. Dated for the monday when I could pick it up. Insurance rate is good. My husband is a client. My parents are clients. I'm 52 and have been with this company my whole driving life. Have had claims was treated fairly. They also do life insurance.

I was buying a new used car and was going to finance it through the dealership. I happened to talk to my insurance representative and they were able to get me financing at a lower rate then what the dealership could offer. The process was quick, efficient and the staff member, Amy Hutchison, was very professional. Great company to deal with and they still offer that personal touch that most places have lost.

Brian is so friendly and I would recommend him to everyone! He is a great local business man and great at helping with insurance decisions. He cares about his customers and makes insurance a breeze for me!!

Brian snd his team are great. We have 4 cars and we swap around which ones are insurances on a regular basis and they are always so helpful, fast and efficient. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

My sister in law was in hospital earlier this year and when we checked her policy (with a competitor) we were concerned about her coverage. I wasn’t certain what the policy said about vacancy. I called the company band they refused to talk to me about it citing privacy, even though the conditions were part of every homeowner policy they issued. I called Brian (just by chance) and asked if he could explain it to me. He spent quite a while on the phone with me and was able to put our minds at ease. When my sister in law came home her policy was switched over to Brian and he and his staff made the transition simple. Policy was issued and we won’t look back. Never even compared the prices. Trust is the most valuable thing you can have!Thanks Brian… you are a gentleman

Kept asking the company for any other discounts eligible under common law , they have denied of any such discounts for several months , when i have been with them for 3 yrs. The agent Amy in particular is really rude and does not put any kind of effort in answering your questions rather a rude NO!. Brian , josh and patricia are great people , trying what they can and also offset Amy's not so good customer service. They could have done way better in finding better rates and discounts . Feels awful to know that i could have saved a lot after contacting another broker
