This might be a hot take but I actually like the layout of the drive thru. The coney sauce is my absolute favorite item (try it if you haven’t) and I’m so glad they brought it to this location too. I wish it was available in Ottawa. I’ve only ever been really late at night and the lines can get really bad but you have to consider that it’s the ONLY 24hr drive thru. I do think they could use more staff at night because it seems like only 2 people are there but the staff I’ve interacted with have been very professional and kind.

We have eaten here a few times now and have not once enjoyed it. We will be going elsewhere on our next stop in Brockville. Service is slow, the onion rings are never cooked or seasoned correctly, and they can’t seem to get our burger order right.

Always love me some AandW! They are consistent at every store and don't mind if I customize my burger. My favorite is teen burger combo no ketchup, mayo or seasoned salt. Best onion rings in all fast food joints (easy on the salt guys). My kids love the root beer but I prefer an ice cold Coke in the mug. Very clean dining areas. Thanks for using REAL cheese! A little more expensive than the others, but food tastes so much better and is worth it!

Eggs were full of bits of other grill products. Ordered scrambled eggs and they were still wet in middle. Diet root beer was flat.Wont be back.

I went through the drive-thru service was great I ordered a chubby chicken Burger meal and a papa meal I ordered two apple pies as well they didn't have any cooked so I had to wait like 5 minutes but it was well worth the wait although $40 for two people eating o is cray cray

Worst place and experience ever!Was there 10am June 25 while in town for the tall ship festival.No clean table to be found while one staff member was just leaning up against the counter twiddling her thumbs. Hard working or hardly working? We cleared our own table.Paid for 2 classic breakfast with white bread and eggs over-easy.They were out of white bread. It was served with no cutlery. One meal was easy-over, the other was got hard-over, it was served cold, one had burnt toast while the other was hardly toasted at all with a great big glob of butter in the center, which of course I couldnt spread with the lack of cutlery. The bacon strips were more like bacon bits, they forgot the hashbrowns, and when we walked out finally over 30 min after ordering, we still had not even gotten a cup of coffee. They must have still been picking the beans.Also witnessed another man who walked out after waiting 20 minutes for 2 pieces of toast only to be told when he asked that they would just now put it on for him now.Seriously if your staff cant cook and egg right nor make toast, please train them before you put them out there.If you don't have the staff and/or supply needed to open and function properly, don't bother opening at all.This place is a disaster and looks really bad on the brand. I'll not be going back to A&W after this.

We arrived on a Sunday evening. So it was pretty empty. Thus, we got great service and it was quick. We ordered onion rings which were cooked just right but I found them a little too greasy. Price-wise, it's just like anywhere else. For those of us who cook, we can make a multiple of the 10 onion rings they sell for that price. Haha!

Great food and friendly staff. It's near a booster juice so you can offset the burger with something that makes you feel healthy for eating it.
