I wanted to compliment Jude, the ticket agent at Kelowna YLW, with whom I had a very nice experience last night. He went above and beyond assisting my granddaughter retrieve her luggage that had been held in Vancouver for security purposes|". He arranged for it to be sent to Kelowna via WestJet and contacted me to pick it up when it arrived here. I am sure he stayed overtime to finish up this problem. He was so very pleasant and helpful.
