This is my first ever bad review! I’ve given them multiple attempts to redeem the extremely slow service and terribly made coffee! Very very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 23mins for a tea and iced coffee. The tea was the wrong type and when we asked for it to be fixed there was no urgency or apology. Was told there was no ice coffee left so they gave me and Americans black (when my order was a vanilla soy milk iced coffee). Didn’t have time to go back to get them to change it because it took them so long to get it to me in the first place.

Love this location and all the staff that work there. Orders are always right, there’s hardly ever a line up and the staff is beyond friendly and always welcoming, I feel like I’m being served by my friends when I stop in. 100% will always choose this location over the other first street location which tends to be slow and causes major traffic issues.

Drove all the way from Toronto for Blue Mountain....and wanted to get a coffee which happened to see a Starbucks....being tired and just want a coffee... Thomas did an excellent job and very helpful with the coffee! Making my whole trip much more energetic! Even just a small coffee can make a difference....keep the nice and hard work Thomas! Thank you!

Friendly, knowledgable and professional staff. Drinks have always been perfect. Only complaint is a long wait. Whether that’s thru mobile order, in store or drive-through. Drive-through can be a bit of a challenge to with people entering from different directions.
