ArrKann Trailer & RV Centre Edmonton East

ArrKann was the most wonderful experience for us! We knew we were going to buy a camping trailer this year and when it was time to look, we had really no idea what we were looking for. We went to so many different dealerships and all we found were pushy salesmen that you could tell just wanted a sale. When we went to ArrKann, it was a different experience. They were so good with our children and even told us to bring our dog in! They happily answered all of our questions to the best of their ability and were so friendly. Our sales associate, David was amazing and followed up with us. He gave us so many helpful suggestions and would send us emails of trailers he thought would work for us. He never felt pushy or like he was trying to make a sale. He honestly just felt like he wanted us to have a great experience and get out there camping! He was so wonderful and so were everyone else we dealt with once we found our trailer!Right from our first time going into ArrKann, my husband and I knew that no matter what, we were going to buy our trailer through them and we are so glad we did! We love our trailer and we have loved our experience purchasing it!

We truly felt like valued customers!!I’m critical on Customer Service levels as in many places it’s a dying art but that’s not the experience here.From our Sales Person David, the money lady, Amanda, Nikita the Service Advisor, Justin in Parts and Jake in RV walk through, we just got fabulous service! They work so well together as a team.Any emails were answered in a timely manner and all the face to face meetings were such a great experience. They really do make you feel that they value your business.They surprised us at pick up time with a load of free goodies (who doesn’t like free!)This was a really nice experience for us and if you are looking for a pressure free buying experience and top notch customer service this is the place to go.Thank you for all the questions answered and all the advice given along the way, it was appreciated.Sam and Bruce Haines - happy customers!

Pat was amazing. Cory, fantastic. I'm editing my review as their customer service dropped right off. Pat is great, I'd buy from him, just never AARKAN. Bought a used trailer, on my demo, we'd discovered some issues. We'd stopped and I asked they be fixed before I took my trailer. One of the buckles, holding down the tent was gone, and tied to the strap. There was a dead bugs in the mesh, between the windows. As well as a good cleaning (which was promised to be done). So 4 days go by, I go pick up my trailer. I directly asked, was the strap fixed and cleaned, I was told yup" 100%. So then I go inside to get a hitch

This is definitely the best RV store in the area. They have a great selection on site plus more locations with tons of rv's to choose from. The staff is amazing and really goes out of their way to accommodate their customers!!! Extremely happy with our purchase and will refer them every chance we get!!!!!

First rv purchase experience. I trusted them to have everything ready to go. There were a fair amount of issues, the biggest being a torn awning, cracked window caulking seal, and them removing the line for water filter in between purchase and pick up.They said awning was as is, and I had a neighboring camper on first trip show me how to open it up because the walk through guy never actually opened it. (probably because it was ripped)offered to re seal the windows for 2 grand. It should have been done prior to selling it to me.Water line was ignored, told I can install one myself if I want it.They did replace the water pump that failed first year, and provided parts for me to replace that failed as well.The whole thing was a good learning experience for camping, and a good lesson learned to stay away from Arkann moving forward.Buyer beware if it is used.

Duane and I can’t say enough about Arrkann south. From our salesman Brad to the sales manager Dave, to the financial person Mike all these people were amazing And our walk through our trailer person was so Knowledgable and he spent an hour with us going throw everything. They all are kind and helpful no pressure sales. It was a pleasure dealing with such happy and kind people.

I was hoping to find a canopy in a bag for my trailer, so I went to their site and chose the text option to ask about it. I had the good luck of getting in touch with Cassandra, who was quick to answer my questions. She let me know the colour, how many there were (only one) and when approximately it would arrive after order. She also let me know the price, shipping prices and installation prices. After deciding this was the way we wanted to go, I texted back and was able to order and pay for the canopy. Cassandra had promptly sent me all the information to do that. She was helpful, and quick to respond. I appreciated the great customer service. If we have anymore needs for our trailer, we will definitely be calling back!

It's been awhile since I've been to Arrkann. We were looking for a lightweight trail. There wasn't a lot of stock due to the time of year and problems with the supply chain issues. Brad was very helpful, he showed what they had and what is on the way. We will go back again.

What a great experience we had with these guys, from picking the trailer we wanted, to the inspection and then finale the finance side. It was made so easy with the expertise of all the staff there. Thanks to Cassandra for taking the time in showing us all the trailers in the cold weather. And Matt your a star. Thanks a lot Arrkann, we our so looking forward in making lots of memories with the family in this amazing trailer.
