Very nice staff. Worked with them after my son was born .

We didn't want our daughter to fear our family doctor so we decided to have her vaccinated here.We made and confirmed the appointment but upon arrival, the nurse said that I didn't have an appointment. She admitted that they messed up so I asked them if they could save me a trip and just give my daughter the shot anyways. Instead she insisted that we reschedule. She helped us reschedule and that took way longer than her giving my daughter the shot. Another example of Coastal health wasting tax payer's money.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I've never been to a clinic as good as they are. I feel very thankful. Five stars indeed.

The first floor clinic is really bad. No one should come here. Note: to the ones with families, I would avoid this place altogether, They are highly apathetic, political and unprofessional.If they don't like you, they will target you and make your life a living hell. Also,the yippee program is a joke.

Home care team is excellent! Very caring and friendly. Understand client's needs. Give necessary referral in a timely manner. Very helpful!

Always a wonderful experience when I come here. I got my vaccines here a couple years ago and I came in recently with a question and they were happy to help even though it wasn’t directly related to their services and offered to call the appropriate provider. Thank you!

Convenient location, tons of services, friendly/ helpful staff. Parking is tricky, but if you take transit, it's perfect.

I came here when my baby was first born because I lived in the area. The Mother Goose program is fantastic. The public nurses here really care! Even after I moved to Burnaby I would stop in to say hi to the nurses who were really there for me when I needed the help in the early months postpartum. Highly recommend!

My partner had an ultrasound appointment here. It took a month to get it. He rode his bike to the appointment and accidentally forgot his bike lock. (he was required to fast for 12 hours before it, so he was a bit spacey) In this busy area, a bike would get stolen immediately if left unlocked outside. The security would not allow him to leave his bike anywhere inside the building. They refused to help him in any way. Excellent priorities here at this clinic...the optics of the lobby are apparently much more important than delivering health care.Though it is of course not security's fault that my partner forgot his bike lock, the total lack of compassion or understanding is extremely disheartening. Those in healthcare know that these types of small barriers are what can prevent people from accessing the care they need.
