Great quality food, amazing service, and a beautiful location. Food is served fast, fresh and has a clean atmosphere. Highly recommend trying their beyond meat burger and onion rings. They are also known for their delicious root beer floats. One of the highly recommended eats in Toronto and perfect for tourists to try out authentic poutines for a great price.

Please put a garbage can OUTSIDE the restaurant. It is so gross walking past piles of A&W garbage every morning. I’ve lived nearby for a year now and have noticed a significant increase in pollution every time you put out your patio seats. If you don’t care to clean up the environment then don’t offer outdoor seating, it’s not rocket science.

Very convenient location, and being 24 hours, very helpful when u need to grab food at odd hours. Was there at 6+am, the Indian gentleman was patient and reasonably pleasant even when I fumbled with my orders. Food was ready super quickly - my sausage egg muffin & hushbrown were serviceable & consistent with what you would expect with a fastfood breakfast. The drink masquerading as ‘hot chocolate’ was a total failure. It was more like lightly cocoa-flavour lukewarm water. Needed something to wash my food down so forced myself to take 2 sips, but that was it. Just saw a review talking about how bad it was. Wish I had read it before my order. Another grouse - no dine in option at the time I went. Disappointing. I was lucky that my hotel was near.

The butter never melted on the toast . It is simply not toasted enough! This is a widespread problem at all a&w locations. They will never have the best breakfast if they can not toast the bread right. Two thumbs down for the toast. Everything else was good but I have to give it 1 star because I’m so mad my toast wasn’t toasty . Minus the toast, 3 stars. Very nice employees. Lots of flies.

Ordered a hot chocolate and watched the guy actually make a new batch. It wasn't hot, and it was mostly water. I could barley taste the chocolate. It tasted so bad I took a sip and then threw it out.This location also constantly messes up my order.

Food is fine and the staff were friendly, but the cleanliness of the sitting area was atrocious. There were seats with spilled drinks, tables with food crumbs... eating here was a bad experience.
