Pretty good as all Pizza Hut food, but the place is terrible. So, I'd advise a pickup.

I can't say much about the food as we left shortly after getting there. I had never been there before and the web page said it was only delivery or pickup. I thought it was Covid over they might have changed that without changing the website so I called their number and of course got the call center. After trying a couple times I got through to the cardston restaurant to be told I was going to be put on hold for a second and after about 20 minutes got disconnected. Try it again and finally got through and made reservations only to get there and find out there's only three tables, a limited menu, and extremely loud because of the machines they were running. After looking at the limited menu we just turned around and went somewhere else. Wasted about 45 minutes on the phone for absolutely nothing.

Wife's favourite pizza, and now we can get it right in our own town. Great flavour and very consistent in how it is made. Also, the boneless wings are awesome!

I’m sad to have to leave a poor review. Unfortunately our 3 pizzas weren’t cooked fully and were super doughy in the middle and they didn’t cut the pizza, they cut the cheese and that was it. We had to go and cut all the pizzas through the crust ourselves. Ended up throwing it out. Disappointed. Normally Pizza Hut is awesome.

This review is based on my overall experience, which wasn’t great. Our order was incorrect and it was impossible to contact the store to discuss it or attempt to solve the problem. Although the phone number appears local, in reality, it connects you to a central phone system that then (after a 5-1” minute hold) attempts to connect you with the store, but the call is not answered (we tried multiple times over a two hour period).The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and the food was below average, with the wings only drizzled in sauce and sparse pizza toppings.In reality, we will be more likely to order from a local pizza place that we can actually contact in case we have issues.

We went in to the store and found out they were closed and had shut down the kitchen. We asked if they had any left in the warmer that weren't picked up. They said they did, and gave us a deal on them. Thanks Pizza Hut Cardston for being accommodating even after you closed.
