When the time was right for my husband and I to us to start looking for our first home, we contacted the Julie Kinnear team, after being so impressed with their website, and were set up with Jen. From our first coffee meeting we felt comfortable and in good hands. Jen walked us through the process of first-time buying, provided tons of helpful information and patiently answered all of our questions (and then answered them again… and again). We also really appreciated the consultant-based approach of the agency, as we were new to the real estate market and would not have been comfortable with a more aggressive style. Personally, she is also just lovely and we had a lot in common so it felt like a nice fit. Jen ended up flagging a listing for us that met all of our asks and budget considerations and supported us through the bidding process… and our first offer was accepted! The Julie Kinnear team is fantastic. We have bought two houses with Julie, and sold one. In this fast market, after we bought our new house we had to get ready to sell --fast! Julie had a team at the ready to help with everything from decluttering to staging to painting to handyman work. We sold in less than a month and were thrilled with the results. The best thing about the team is the Julie wants to know what they could be doing better, and they ask you so by email a lot. So, they do exactly what you want and need.

The Julie Kinnear team was fantastic in helping us purchase our lovely bungalow in Mimico.
