First off I'd like to apologize I usually get a good sandwich from this location but this time it was not satisfactory. The young man literally through my 6 inch cold cut combo sub together in 15 seconds. He used cheese that did not look fresh , I had to ask him to remove the lettuce that was rotten in amongst the other lettuce, I did not feel satisfied I was being treated as you should be treated as a customer. I felt like he did not care. And the product was sub par. And yes I paid for it and I did eat it. But I just wanted to get out of the store and I was hungry. I know they can be under pressure sometimes but they weren't busy what so ever when I was there on 2021 08 28 at1:15 pm

This is the worse sub i had, just got it through uberand the bread is super hard I can’t even have a bite, it’s old bread they have used. Very disappointed, have wasted money and ruined the evening

Bread was a little dry, but other than that, the staff were amazing. The toppings were fresh!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Kevin that was working today.He was very friendly and interactive with every single customer standing in line.He made my wife's sandwich whom is pregnant and a very complicated order at this point, but he did so in stride and had ZERO qualms with doing random stuff on the side for her. It was also served extremely fast.A major shout out in general to this location, as it was the third I had to go to because the first two had frozen bacon as none was prepped and none of the staff wanted to dethaw it. (I used to work at Subway when I was a teenager and I know how easy it is to dethaw some bacon).So thank you Kevin; and I hope you get a raise as your customer service skills were impeccable!My favorite location for the daytime staff!

Pros:- They were very friendly.- Gluten-free bunsCons:- I find the menus a bit challenging to read.- Cashier didn't wash hands after till use, only changed gloves.Mixed:- I appreciate the fresh ingredients however sometimes the lettuce has looked brown and unappetizing.- I am really glad to see the gluten-free buns. I wish they came in a footlong size as well as just the 6 in.

Subway is a go-to staple for us but tonight's visit was offsetting. The food prep counter was filthy. Everywhere. And the 2 guys working couldn't have cared less. Our order was made on top of the mess! They didn't even think to take a minute to wipe it down. May not visit this location again. After honestly 15+ years. It was that bad.

Incredible service!What an incredible TEAM!Top Service not only on my turn but every person that came by... some regular clients even making comments that they new they favorite choice!Amazing! We need more places like this! CONGRATULATIONS!
