Very fast and efficient. The line was long for a Saturday, I didn't think that I would be able to see a clerk because I arrived in the last hour. However, one of the agents came out to the line and did some pre-screening, which was brilliant, because it not only made the line much shorter but prevented people from wasting time (those who did not have all of their documents etc). Friendliest Service Ontario service I have ever had to be honest. Good job!

I visited this location for my heath card renewal and the officer did a really quick job. Appreciate it. But one request to the visitors please make sure you come prepared with your queries beforehand, rather than asking last minute questions at the time of leaving the counter. That really makes the queue waiting unnecessarily. Let’s respect everyone’s time.

I had a bad experience, they did not accept to renew my daughter's health card though I've the support docs (tenancy agreement plus student report card). Went to other office at Ajax and everything went smooth

Went in today to have my health card renewed, had all proper documentation on hand. Lady behind the service desk proceeded to tell me I need bank statements, income tax assessments from the past 6 years and pay stubs. Thought that was odd so I left and went to Service Ontario in Bowmanville with all the same documentation and everything went smoothly, was in and out in 10 minutes. I think the lady that was trying to help me needs more training or something.

Katherine at the Whitby office is phenomal.I went to ask a simple question and got 3 very important documents sorted out.I was truly amazed by her professionalism,mannerism and knowledge.She was also very efficient and provided a service that was second to none.I hope she is promoted because she's truly what Canada is all about(LOVE)

Have been there several times. Lines usually move fast. There are signs everywhere reminding of intolerance to rudeness, shouting etc. I had mostly friendly service here but experienced a few times that customers were treated rudely which makes all the signs laughable. On one occasion I needed certified copies and they explained they cant certify copies for documents required for federal agencies. Yet they sent me to the nearby Service Ontario. Seems they wanted to get rid of me. A simple hint that a notary office would be appropriate would have saved me 45 min wasting time at another service Ontario office.

Decent location wasn’t too many people on a busy Saturday. Was in and out in 10 minutes and staff are more friendly compared to gta locations. Floors need to be vacuumed

I had an incredibly pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and friendly and considerate. I can't say enough good things about Michelle ,who helped me. She went above and beyond, knowledgeable and caring and a real pleasure to deal with.
