In regards to parking, timings & location, this is the best Dynacare location in the area.Quiet plaza. Parking is free. Staff is friendly. Estimated wait time is listed on the screen right in front of entrance.P.S: If you have requsition on email. Visit Dynacare website and click upload requistion and fill in the details. Then show up at the front desk.

I came to this lab a few times for blood test and was fortunate to have Mira drawing my blood very smoothly and painlessly each time. I have a very small and rolling vein and used to suffer with pain elsewhere whenever I was pricked in and out several times before the right vein could be located. I greatly appreciate Mira's skills to find my tiny hidden vein so accurately and pricked me only once without pain to get the blood she needed. Mira is also a kind and patient lab technician who made me feel comfortable and less nervous with blood test knowing that I was in good hands with my very difficult vein. Thank you very much Mira for your great work.The lab is also clean, location has several parking spots, wait time is not long and the staff is quite friendly.

Dynacare website suggested this location of their lab. Visited many times for blood work. Avoid visiting in morning time Lab as it is rheir most busy time. Staff is friendly and good. Check in early through their website before reaching and save some waiting time. Sometimes parking is full so keep little time for that also.

Never had an unpleasant experience at this location before. The wait list it seems was not being followed and upon enquiring that our wait list number was 2 but still people who were lower on the wait list were being called, the lady at front desk responded aggressively by waiving papers. I had to tell her that they are doing a service and not a favour. Wish the staff is trained appropriately to handle customer queries.

I went here to get bloodwork done after the staff at my family doctor could not find my veins. The wait time was reasonable because I went for a walk in but was in and out within an hour. The staff was great, Dovy was the one who treated me, she was professional, pleasant and left me with very minimal pain.Highly recommend this laboratory!

I always come here to get my bloodwork as the wait times are not brutal. They are quick, attentive and friendly staff!! Shout out to Mira, shes awesome at what she does, she was quick with my blood work and pain free, super comfortable and confident in what she does. Will continue coming to this location!

Wow the reviews are not wrong. They really just do not like answering and picking up their calls. Been trying to call them about their services but they just would not pick up. I don't know how I can even get the service to comment on this supposedly fast and quick and good" service they provide when I can't even book an appointment or even ask them if they offer the service I need before I book."

I came here by an internet search. The website allows you to book& check wait times so you can plan your schedule.We only needed blood& a urine sample so we were checked in & out the door quickly. You need to make an appointment but walk ins are acceptable given the wait & what you need to do.Overall, it was a quick service& the wait was not that long.Located at the NE corner of hurontario/ queensway. Rabba Fine Foods is the main retailer here along with other health, restaurant & services businesses.This place is at the east end of this complex. Exiting from queensway westbound before hurontario is the best entrance as the lab is right there.

The wait times are very reasonable and the staff is very good. I have really difficult veins, but she was able to get all the vials they needed. She was also very gentle, so it didn’t hurt much.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday morning which was awesome despite there being an estimated wait time of 75 minutes!I highly recommend checking in online after you have uploaded the requisition the night before (Friday). In the morning at around 8 am most Dynacare locations are open for online booking. If the estimated wait times online are more than 45 minutes, they will not allow you to check-in online.I chose this location as this was the only one available for check-in after 9 am and the estimated wait time was around 45 minutes but since you can just wait at home, they will send you a text message 10 minutes before you are next in queue which gives you a good estimate of when you should leave your house.After arriving you can go straight to the desk and check-in and you'll be prompted to go see a technician. They took my blood sample in less than 30 seconds and I was out the door.
