Rob was A1! Dealing with any critters can sometimes get overwhelmed. I was. He told me step by step what to do. He listened to everything I said. Returned my calls and kept checking up on me on how my problem was doing. It worked!!!! They're gone.

Rob helped has me with residential ants and mice and I cannot recommend him enough. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely responsive and flexible. I have two young kids and a cat and had concerns about any chemicals being used to resolve pest issues and he took the utmost care to ensure the safety of my family which included scheduling treatments when we would be away. He follows up and genuinely cares about his clients. He also resolved a mouse issue at my grandparents house and was kind and patient while answering all of their questions. All of the pest interventions we have had have been extremely effective. If you have any sort of pest issue I would highly recommend Critter Gitter!

I had called Critter Gitter about some wasps around our house asked if they could come by whenever was convenient for them. Rob & Jarett came to my house almost immediately and ensured me they would take care of the issue. They sprayed the outside of the house & the inside around the attic and after that I never seen another wasp. They checked in with me a week later to make sure the issue was resolved. I couldn’t recommend the critter gitter enough, they’re affordable, punctual and as far as my opinion goes the BEST pest management company around.

He is friendly and knowledgeable, was in constant communication, and provided some great advice to avoid a repeat call, although he will definitely be our first call if need be! National chain can’t compare to Rob’s response time, professionalism, and value. Can’t recommend highly enough!
