Excellent lingerie shop. Really good sales prices and very helpful staff. This is my daughter's favourite store. Especially if Dad is paying for their Xmas presents. Do yourself a favour and let women choose their own lingerie..it will make your life easier. Just pay for it and thank your lucky stars they don't embarrass you or tease the heck out old dad. My daughter's prefer La Vie en Rose over La Sensa but they are both excellent stores. Something about styles but I have no idea and don't ask any questions.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ruth last Saturday as she helped me find the right gifts for my family members.She was friendly, attentive, and able to assist me throughout the store. All the other staff was friendly and welcomed me as I entered & left the store.I will be back again!

If I could give a zero I would!! I tried to return some items and was told I could not. I had purchased the items 2 days earlier at a langley store and was told no problem at all with tags attached ect. The lady in the Abbotsford store was rude and dismissive! She was bossing her staff around and just a complete rude person. I will not be going back there and will be contacting customer service with my complaints.

Had terrible service today in the Abbotsford store. My daughter had bought some stuff yesterday and it was the wrong size, so not even 24hrs later we went to exchange it for the right size , the same lady that sold it to her was there, so we told her. She was extremely rude and kept saying final sale. Wouldn't listen at all. I will never buy stuff there again. Very disappointed in customer service

I went and bought a swimsuit and pj’s in the Abbotsford store, and I dealt with a middle aged lady with and accent (maybe the manager?) and she was so sweet and chatty, and then when I went back to return afew of the items she was so abrupt and rude, wouldn’t look me in the eyes, shaking her head to herself - very rude. as if she was insulted that I would return the items. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. Makes me want to not go back. You guys need to get a new manager!! I see I’m not the first one to complain about her…

horrible experience at this store just because of this rude arrogant lady, I believe this was store manager with curly hair. I was in fitting room with this lovely lady who was helping me but suddenly in middle of our conversation, this rude lady came in and started yelling at her employees as if they are not employees but her servants. When this happened I was in shock wondering how these people get this kind of position where they can’t even behave humane. I feel sorry for the lady I was talking with, she was such a sweetheart. The lady who was shouting at her employees should be fired…… she don’t deserve to be in the position, and should be fired

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased 3 pieces of pjs yesterday (3 for 1 sale). One piece did not fit so I went back today to exchange for a larger size. Sales person tried" to exchange it but it showed I had to pay for the new piece which is ridiculous! She then advised I needed to bring all 3 pieces in to return the shirt. I explained again I did not want to return it or get any money back. I simply wanted to hand her a shirt in size large and be handed a shirt in size XL and leave. Any other store would have done that. Not this one

Very poor service.Encountered a problem with returns.Manager not very good at explaining returns.When ask for return policy.One employee said 10 days another said 15 and lastly 15. Looks like staff is not trained well.Anyways, that's what I feel.

I was in on Thursday to exchange one item that I have bought the day before for size S instead of M. Some how they didn’t had the same PJ in stock and I had to take something else from the same group of buy 1 get 2 free. The lady who served me ( Filipino)called me a scammer for barely 5 dollar adjustment in price. She doesn’t know anything about customer service. I would rather hire someone else than her being a manager who doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She is such a disgrace to the brand. I am a loyal customer and because of her I won’t be coming to this location ever.
