Salon True Me

Best salon in the West Island. I've been going there for the past 6 years and they have alwayd been super friendly and accommodating. The place is ultra clean, tools are always sanitized, everything is spotless.Mani&pedi very thorough (the best I have ever had); hair cuts are also ok. Prices are very competitive and affordable.

I've been trying to find someone that does a Brazilian wax for years! Caroline is the only person that doesn't burn you, don't break the hair, and it is supper professional.

Based on the experience of my wife. She paid 220 for a cut and color. She usually pays 70 to 100 at other places so she was shocked when she saw the final total. So before booking your appointment, call and ask for pricing.

Manon is the best...I went there yesterday for my first time, she took care of my hair. She had a very pleasant and friendly personality. I will definitely go again because her professionalism.

This place is clean and friendly.Caroline does an excellent manicure, she’s very thorough and a very nice person. Great place, I definitely recommend their services.

Disappointed....I've been coming to True Me for at least 3 years now and usually I'm really happy with my haircut. I went last week and had a different hairdresser than usual. I showed her on my hair how much I wanted cut and she did at least 1.5-2 more. She was also wearing a mask but it was not covering her nose (kind of defeats the purpose when she's breathing down on to me) and when I got up to leave there was a client getting her nails done who was not wearing a mask at all and no one told her she had to. Sad because my other experiences there have been great"

I absolutely don't recommend this place. Maybe they are racists.My original appointment was at 3pm but they texted me to change the time at 2pm on the day before. I accepted it and I went to this salon straight after school without having lunch because they changed my appointment.I arrived there 5 minutes before and waited. They had another customer who had an appointment same time as me, and she was called to other room. And there was a new customer who seemed not to have an appointment, but a staff let her sit and she started getting her manicure.I waited for another 30 minutes and I asked how long I should wait. The staff answered me 5 minutes more but she didn't finish and I just left.This is my worst experience ever. They know the word 'appointment' but I believe they have no idea what the definition is. This experience made me think the reason why they didn't care about me was because I was an only Asian in the salon at that time.

Maha did a superb job with my hair... she did everything as I asked!Definitely going back!!!
