Dr. Hong and his team are very professional and super nice; I'm very pleased with how my teeth came out like.

I couldn't have asked for a better orthodontist team to get my teeth fixed perfectly. Dr Hong and his team of highly trained assistants are exceptionally friendly and love to keep you informed every step of the way. Even though I wasn't able to picture the end result from the beginning Dr Hong explained me what was possible and gave me a few options of realigning which is great. I've had my braces off for about a week now and I can't stop smiling and showing off my teeth because of how perfect they are! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for orthodontics in a heart beat.

I want to share my disappointment with my recent visit to DR Hong.I am scheduled to get an MRI, to assess my Multiple Sclerosis on Saturday, but had to go in yesterday to have my metal retainer removed before doing the MRI.I found the experience very upsetting, I was treated rudely and hurt by his actions and words.

Dr. Hong and his team (esp. Carole!) provided excellent service and results for my son. They were always patient and worked hard to ensure that his treatment was successful. Always on time and professional. Thank you, Dr. Hong!

Just had my Invisalign removed today - what wonderful new smile Dr Hong and all his Staff helped me get!! I am 45 and decided to get my teeth fixed finally (30 years later than an average person, but I never felt uncomfortable in their office). The whole thing took a year since my teeth were so crooked. Over that time, at every appointment, Dr Hong & Team were great, they answered all my questions and never once did I feel rushed. I chose Dr Hong a year ago based on his google reviews (and the fact that he uses digital imaging to make the invisalign, not the goopy teeth mold stuff - the digital scans are really cool to see). I am very glad that I made the decision I did. Hopefully this review can help someone else the way that the reviews helped me. Thanks Dr Hong!

I’ve initially went to Dr. Hong for an Invisalign consultation. Afterwards, I’ve decided to go my Invisalign with him. He has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this whole treatment process. Also, the location has taken great safety measures in relation to covid. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Dr. Hong was nothing short of stellar - he and his staff were incredibly professional, kind, thorough and accommodating, and always available to answer questions. He provided a thorough and detailed plan for my child and carried it out brilliantly with lots of continued explanation along the way - he clearly cares greatly about the quality of his work and the maintenance of the final result. Thanks to him, my child's teeth look absolutely amazing, and it was and is always a pleasure to be in the office. Most highly recommended!
