Poor communication between the receptionist and the hairdresser Diane . I did specify over the phone that I needed a hair dye and a cut. I could feel Diane's frustration towards me with every hair grab and comb stroke on my scalp while I stayed calm . Her answers had a tone of unfriendlyness. She did not properly blow dry the hairs off either. I wanted to get the hell out of there asap . I would never come back even if they paid me. Worse yet I left without even getting the hairstyle chosen even though I showed her a picture , she had the nerve to say maybe next time" . POOR client experience. The owner's reply to this review is BS
