Charged me $7 dollars to print 5 pieces of paper after telling em it would be $0.12 à page and not clarifying that there would be a $1 service charge per paper for opening an email in 2023.

I had made some cards and they printed them for me. Susan was really helpful. I was going to trim them out myself, just requested the printing. But when we picked them up, it was so nice to find they were printed perfectly, trimmed and even plastic-wrapped into a nice package! It was a quick turn-around time as well. Thanks KKP!
