Terrible service, not worth it. It took 2 months and me inquiring for them to send an email stating my order was ready for pick up, when they had stated before that it would take 3 weeks. Then when I get home and check my order, it turns out they missed a good chunk of my order and thus I was unable to brew anything with what I was given. They skipped some of my hops, they skipped the majority of my base malt, and I was not told this either when I had gone to pick it up, only that they had added a sampler of some hops and that the supplier had accidentally given an extra kg of one of the other malts. By the time I checked my order it was too late to call an complain, so I sent an email. This was a month ago and they still have yet to respond. Just order online, at least then you get everything you order.

It's a lot of fun brewing here, the selection is diverse. Amazing tasting beer and wine for an awesome price. Owners are really friendly, kind, and amazing people. It's not often you'll find a brewery that really understands craft beer and wine like these guys do. Overall 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to get amazing quality for a fraction of what it would normally cost.

We rented a 50L keg for our new years party. We went in about 3 weeks beforehand to place our order. They were super nice and helpful. The keg was ready on time and the beer was great. Would definitely order from them again.

Brew Kettle is the best place to purchase wine kits in Durham Region. I have been a home wine brewer for the past 16 years. I have found that the Brew Kettle has a good selection of quality wine kits. The staff if extremely helpful and cordial. The prices for the “Take Home” kits are very reasonable. Give them a try...you won’t be disappointed.
