What is the most important for the client - is the promise and clarity. Both of them were breached with them. I have ordered an electric car that was promised to be delivered until the end of 2022 (max in the beginning of 2023). I told them that it is critical for me to get it in the beginning of 2023, and the representative was quite confident called us several times to tell that if we want to get it by the end of 2022 we should place the order now, which we did. Later I received 4 follow-ups that it's still delayed and even worse, that there are about 106 people ahead. I wouldn't bother to write a negative review if I did not have friend and relatives who have ordered way later than us and all of them got the same car last year. I can suppose what is going on, and I will have to go there and cancel the order as I found better solutions with other Hyundai dealership directors elsewhere in Montreal. To be honest I always felt this one is one of the best dealerships nearby, but facts show the opposite.
